| About the College |
| Acharya Narendra Dev College was originally started in Rajokri in 1991 by the then Prime Minister Shri Chandrashekhar. The college subsequently shifted to its current location in Kalkaji. Acharya Narendra Dev College is now a constituent college of Delhi University and is fully funded by the Government of the NCR. It views itself primarily as a Science College even though it offers a Commerce Course. |

| The laboratory facilities at Acharya Narendra Dev College are excellent with the equipment installed being amongst the best in Delhi University, be it for the life science or the physical sciences. A new canteen block has been constructed almost entirely out of eco-friendly materials. The library houses more than 25,000 books and the college provides free internet access to all students via a Web Centre and 14 WiFi access points. An 8 ft by 10 ft giant screen dominates the special video-conferencing centre in the college. The total strength of the college is about 1650 students. |
