| Kirori Mal College traces its roots to an institution known as Nirmala College which was founded by American Jesuits. Nirmala College ran into problems post partition and was taken over by a trust founded by Seth Kirori Mal. The college shifted to its present campus in 1954 and is now one of the premier constituents of Delhi University. |

| Kirori Mal College occupies a sprawling 17 acre campus located in the North Campus of Delhi University. The college has an enrollment of 3000 students taught by about 200 staff members. The facilities available include the N.S. Pradhan Memorial library with more than 1.5 lakh books, well equipped laboratories and computer centres and a gymnasium. There are 10 sports and cultural societies that students can join. The college has an 89 room hostel that can house about 170 students. |
